Recruitment Procedure

The following documents, duly attested by the relevant authorities, are required from employers working with InspireHiring International Employment Pvt. Ltd.:

Demand Letter: A formal letter from the employer to InspireHiring International Employment Pvt. Ltd., detailing job categories, number of positions, salary, contract period, working hours, and benefits such as food, accommodation, medical care, and airfare. To be attested by the Chamber of Commerce & Nepalese Embassy.
Power of Attorney: A letter authorizing InspireHiring International Employment Pvt. Ltd. to recruit the specified number of workers on behalf of the employer and manage all necessary formalities with the Embassy and Nepalese government agencies. To be attested by the Chamber of Commerce & Nepalese Embassy.
Employment Contract: An agreement on the company’s letterhead between the Employer and Employee, clearly stating all terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from Nepal.
Consular Letter: A letter from the employer to the Consulate General of the respective Embassy, appointing InspireHiring International Employment Pvt. Ltd. as their legal recruitment agent and authorizing visa formalities. Required for recruitment in Saudi Arabia.
Guarantee Letter: A formal letter to the Director General, Ministry of Labor & Transport Management, Department of Labor, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal, confirming that workers will work only in the country specified in the Demand Letter.
Agency Contract Paper: An agreement between InspireHiring International Employment Pvt. Ltd. and the Employer on the Employer’s letterhead, outlining all terms and conditions regarding recruitment from Nepal.

If attested original documents are provided before the interview process, we can bypass local agents, ensuring a smoother and more efficient experience for employment seekers. We typically select manpower through tests and assessments. For specialized roles requiring specific experience, we utilize our official network in various districts to source suitable candidates.
