Trade Test for Skilled Workers:

Before making final hiring decisions, a trade test is conducted to assess candidates’ skills. A selection committee, comprising representatives from various company departments, evaluates the technical abilities of skilled workers in their respective fields. Only candidates approved by the selection committee are selected for overseas employment.

Medical Checkup:

All shortlisted candidates are required to undergo a comprehensive medical examination at a government-approved hospital or clinic. Only those who pass this health check and are deemed medically fit are eligible to proceed and sign the employment contract.

Travel Arrangements:

Once visas are issued for selected candidates, we handle all travel arrangements. This includes organizing and delivering essential documents—original passport, air ticket, and government approval letter—to the candidate before departure. We also provide guidance on travel procedures to ensure a smooth journey until they reach their destination.
